Once the transaction has been securely processed through encrypted channels, we have no record of it, other than the last 4 digits of the card number. This means we cannot add items to your order, even at your request, without obtaining the credit card number from you again. This may at times prove to be inconvenient, both for you and for us, but this provides the greatest level of protection for this information for you. When we ship to you, your name and address are furnished to the appropriate shipping partner, in order for them to make delivery.
