Shipping & Delivery

We use various shipping methods, including FedEx, UPS, and US Postal Service. We will send you tracking information at the time the order is shipped. All shipments are fully insured. Special Orders are not available for immediate shipment. Please note the estimated shipping time frames for the merchandise you are interested in. If you need an item sooner than the date estimated please contact us. Please include the style number, size and color of the dress and the date you plan to wear the dress (your "wear date"). If an item is no longer available after you place your order we will refund your credit card and we will contact you immediately so you can choose an alternative or continue shopping. International Orders We ship international orders via USPS Express. Shipping time is generally 5-10 days. Your country may charge you customs duties, which we have no control over. Your order could randomly be held by customs which may delay the delivery of your order. This is of course out of our control. Please keep these things in mind when ordering internationally. If your country is not listed on our checkout, please contact us for assistance.


Return Policy

We are authorized retailers for all merchandise featured on our website. All items are authentic and from the original designer. All our items are 100% brand new and genuine products from reputable manufacturers. We have selected manufactures who have a reputation for consistency in the quality of their designs and who we can rely on to perform exacting quality control inspections of their products before they are sent to us. In addition, we conduct a thorough and detailed inspection of each item before we ship it to you. Please refer to the sizing chart for each designer and be sure to measure carefully. Different designers use different size charts. Do not rely on a single size number when selecting your dress. If in doubt , or you are between sizes we recommend you choose the larger size. You can take in a gown that is too large, but you may not be able to let out a gown that is too small. Most of our customers will need to have some type of alterations done to their gown. Please allow yourself ample time for alterations before your wear date. All Sales are final. Should there be a manufacturer’s defect the item must be returned to us for inspection. You must contact us for a return authorization within 3 business days of the item being received/delivered to you. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization issued by us. You must contact us prior to returning any item, to obtain a return authorization number (RA) which must be written on the outside of the box when making your return. Shipments without the RA visible will not be accepted and will be returned to you unopened. We strongly encourage you to use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. All merchandise must be returned in perfect, new condition, with all original tags attached, and must include undamaged, original garment bag and hanger. Once any tags have been removed from the item, it cannot be returned under any circumstance. Items that have a scent of smoke, perfume, or an odor of any kind are ineligible for return. Merchandise that is not in the same condition it was sent may not be returned. Merchandise that has been altered may not be returned. Due to the special order nature of this business, unless an item has a quality defect, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We ask that you do not order a gown to "try it on and see if you like it." These are beautiful gowns that are delicate to ship. We cannot re-sell an item once it has been tried on/shipped nor can we return it to the designer.  This is standard practice at bridal shops. There are sizing charts provided for each designer to help you order the correct size, however, if you are concerned about sizing, we recommend you order the larger size, and not simply order what you think will fit. We are not responsible for dresses or other merchandise that does not fit due to improper measurements, weight gain, weight loss, cosmetic surgery, pregnancy or any other circumstance not caused by us or in our control.

Cancellations


Due to the inability to cancel orders once they have been placed with the designers, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed with Jay's.

Because we cannot guarantee that a particular size or style will be available, we will not exchange merchandise. You will be refunded for the defective merchandise and the new sale will be processed as a separate transaction. You will need to make your return and then place a new order. Please allow 5 – 7 days for credit card refunds to post to your account.

Order Cancellation

Please check your order for accuracy before submitting. Your order will begin processing immediately after being submitted; it will not be possible to cancel an existing order even within the hour.
